1. Counsel students on training programs and career opportunities
2. Handle admissions, documentation, and lead follow-ups
3. Source and screen candidates through job portals
4. Conduct telephonic interviews for preliminary assessments
5. Coordinate with broking partners for placements
6. Track candidate progress using CRM tools
7. Share brochures and manage daily outreach via WhatsApp
