Human Resources (HR) - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in job posting creation and advertisement across various platforms.
2. Screen resumes and applications to shortlist potential candidates.
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
4. Help conduct initial phone screenings and interview evaluations.
5. Assist in conducting reference checks and background screenings.
6. Maintain candidate data and updates in the applicant tracking system
(ATS).
7. Contribute to employer branding efforts through social media and other
channels.
8. Contribute to employee engagement initiatives and assist in organizing
company-wide events
9. Participate in maintaining and updating interview process records and
hiring databases.
10. Support the hiring team in generating HR reports and data analysis.
11. Assist in ensuring HR policies and procedures are followed consistently.
12. Contribute to the development and improvement of HR processes and
workflows.
13. Assist in managing HR-related documentation and compliance records.
