Human Resources (HR) - Internship

As an HR intern at OneDios Service Private Limited, you will have the
opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced and dynamic work
environment. Your role will involve supporting the HR team in various tasks
related to recruitment, onboarding, training, and employee relations.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1. Assist in the recruitment process by posting job openings, reviewing
resumes, and scheduling interviews.
2. Help with onboarding new employees by preparing paperwork, coordinating
orientation sessions, and updating employee records.
3. Support in organizing and conducting training sessions for employees on
various HR policies and procedures.
4. Assist in maintaining employee records and ensuring compliance with
company policies and regulations.
5. Help with employee engagement initiatives such as organizing team-building
activities and events.
6. Provide administrative support to the HR team by preparing reports,
updating spreadsheets, and handling correspondence.
7. Assist in resolving employee issues and conflicts by conducting
investigations and providing support to the HR Manager.
