Human Resource Trainee - Internship

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Trainee to join our Human
Resources team. This role provides hands-on learning and practical exposure to
key HR functions, helping build a solid foundation in HR practices (excluding
payroll). The ideal candidate will be keen to learn, well-organized, and
committed to supporting the HR team in day-to-day operations.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in the recruitment process, overseeing activities and learning end-
to-end recruitment practices.
2. Support onboarding activities for new employees, ensuring a seamless and
positive joining experience.
3. Help in organizing internal sessions, seminars, and workshops to
facilitate employee learning and development.
4. Assist in employee engagement activities, events, and internal
communications to foster a positive workplace culture.
5. Support the performance management process by helping collect appraisal
data and maintain performance-related records.
6. Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth communication and
efficient HR service delivery.
