HR Recruitment - Internship

entire recruitment process.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and social media
platforms
2. Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to evaluate
potential fits
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews between shortlisted candidates and
hiring managers
4. Maintain applicant tracking sheets and update recruitment progress
regularly
5. Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process to ensure a smooth
experience
6. Assist in drafting and posting job descriptions across various platforms
7. Support onboarding and documentation processes for selected candidates
