HR Recruiter (Technical Hiring) - Internship

As a TA Intern, you'll support our recruitment efforts, specifically in
sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews for technical roles. This is
an exciting opportunity to learn the ropes of talent acquisition in a dynamic
startup environment.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in sourcing and shortlisting candidates for technical positions
2. Review resumes and conduct initial screenings
3. Coordinate interview schedules and communication with candidates
4. Support the recruitment team with administrative tasks and candidate
follow-ups
5. Help maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS)
