HR & Marketing - Internship

Female managerial and leadership hiring is our forte, and we are passionate

We are seeking enthusiastic and committed interns to join our team, assisting
across both Human Resources and Marketing & Outreach functions. This is a
remote internship designed for individuals passionate about diversity,
inclusion, and social impact.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Human Resources:
1. Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques.
2. Interview and assess prospective applicants and match them with vacancies
at client companies.
3. Screen and shortlist candidates for client interviews.
4. Assist applicants in preparing for interviews.
5. Support HR operations and help maintain recruitment databases.

B. Marketing & Outreach:
1. Support outreach and partnership efforts for Vividhataa's upcoming
Diversity & Inclusion Conference.
2. Connect with potential NGO and corporate partners, explaining Vividhataa's
work and impact.
3. Assist in communication planning, social media management, and content
creation.
4. Use online tools to design simple animated videos, visuals, and outreach
materials.
5. Help maintain consistent communication and relationships with clients and
partner organizations.
Note: This is not a sales role. The focus is on outreach, relationship-
building, and communication.
