HR Consultant - Internship

As an HR Consultant intern at Unessa Foundation, you will have the opportunity

4. Collaborate with HR team to develop and implement training and development
initiatives.
5. Assist in performance management processes, including goal setting and
performance reviews.
6. Provide support in employee relations matters, including conflict
resolution and policy interpretation.
7. Help maintain HR records and documentation, ensuring compliance with legal
requirements.
