Hindi Telecalling - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Connect with borrowers through phone calls to recover pending loan dues.
2. Manage a portfolio of commercial vehicle loan accounts and ensure regular
follow-ups.
3. Log all call details, payment discussions, and collection status updates
in the App.
4. Track repayment timelines and maintain consistent borrower engagement.
5. Work towards achieving assigned collection targets on a daily and monthly
basis.
6. Coordinate with internal teams for case updates, resolutions, and
repossession actions when needed.
7. Comply with all process standards, audit requirements, and company
policies.
8. Conduct repayment negotiations and assist in restructuring overdue
accounts.
9. Maintain accurate documentation and ensure timely closure and disposition
of each case.
