Responsibilities & What It Means
1. Field visits: Travel to hospitals, clinics, nursing homes, and other
potential customers across NCR and nearby cities.
2. Product demonstrations: Present the platform to doctors, administrators,
nurses, and support staff. Explain features, benefits, and ROI.
3. Needs assessment: Conduct short interviews to uncover pain points,
workflows, and decision making processes.
4. Market mapping: Build and maintain a database of prospects (contact
details, size, specialty, etc.).
5. Follow up & nurturing: Send follow up emails, prepare proposals, and
coordinate demos.
6. Feedback loop: Relay customer insights to the product & marketing teams to
help shape future releases.
7. Reporting: Track key metrics (calls made, demonstrations scheduled, and
opportunities created) and share weekly dashboards.
