Growth Intern (Credit Cards) - Internship

PickMyWork is a gig platform that helps any company sign-up new customers and
engage with them, through a pay-per-task model using up-skilled unemployed
youth.

Role- Growth Intern (Credit Cards)

Location- Gurugram, Haryana

Start date- Immediate

Duration- 3 months

Key responsibilities:

• Develop and implement growth strategies to achieve sales targets for credit cards.
• Manage and optimise channel sales, ensuring efficient and effective performance.
• Oversee and manage Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), ensuring alignment with company objectives and performance standards.
• Collaborate with banking and financial institution partners to understand their needs and provide tailored sales solutions.

Requirements:

• Must Be Comfortable With Multitasking And Working In A Fast-Paced Start-Up Environment
• Impressive Communication, Presentations, And Interpersonal Skills
• Not just open to but fanatical about learning new things/skills
• Laptop is preferred

Stipend- INR 10,000 per month

Interview Process- 2-3 Personal Rounds of Interview

Fluency in English Communication (Oral and Written) is highly desirable
