Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Design high-quality creatives using Canva for Instagram, LinkedIn,
Twitter, Reddit, Quora & Medium
2. Create and edit reels, stories, carousels, promotional graphics & event
creatives
3. Maintain a consistent posting calendar across all social media platforms
4. Research trends and create content that aligns with engagement and
virality strategies
5. Write engaging captions, hooks, and short-form content tailored to each
platform
6. Respond to comments & messages - drive active community engagement
7. Track basic analytics - report growth, performance & improvement
suggestions
8. Repurpose content into different formats (video carousel posts blogs)
9. Ensure brand consistency - fonts, tone, quality, visual guidelines
10. Stay updated with design + social media trends in real estate and similar
industries
