About the role:

We are looking for a creative and passionate designer who can design
thumbnails for our YouTube channel. Your main goal will be to create eye-
catching visuals that attract viewers and represent our content effectively.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Create eye-catching and engaging thumbnails for YouTube videos that align
with the brand's style and audience
2. Analyse channel performance to identify which thumbnails perform best and
use insights to improve future designs
3. Participate in brainstorming sessions for new content ideas and visual
strategies
4. Stay updated on YouTube trends, design styles, and competitor channels to
bring fresh ideas to our visuals
