Graphic Design - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Design high-converting thumbnails for videos across platforms like
YouTube, Instagram, and in-app content
2. Understand the content theme, target audience, and hook of each video
before designing thumbnails
3. Create thumbnails that are attention-grabbing, scroll-stopping, and
platform-optimized
4. Follow brand guidelines, including fonts, colors, layouts, and visual tone
5. Work closely with the content, video editing, and marketing teams to align
visuals with messaging
6. Experiment with multiple thumbnail variations (A/B concepts) when required
7. Ensure thumbnails are optimized for: Correct dimensions & aspect ratios,
Text readability on mobile screens, High CTR (click-through rate) mindset
8. Make quick iterations and revisions based on feedback
9. Maintain an organized folder structure and naming conventions for all
designs
10. Stay updated with current thumbnail trends, design styles, and platform
best practices
