Graphic Design - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Product Design (Keychains & ID Cards):
1. Creating unique and creative designs for acrylic keychains and school ID
cards.
2. Preparing print-ready files (correct size, resolution, bleed, and color
mode).
3. Customizing ID card layouts according to school/institute requirements
(logo, student details, photos, barcodes/QR).
4. Working on bulk design templates for faster processing of multiple
clients.
5. Maintaining a design library of commonly used templates, fonts, and
elements.

B. Social Media Content Design:
1. Designing daily/weekly social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, etc.) to
showcase products and offers.
2. Creating eye-catching banners, stories, and reels graphics.
3. Following current design trends to keep posts modern and attractive.
4. Working with management/marketing team to design ads, posters, and flyers.

C. Branding & Marketing Support:
1. Ensuring consistent branding across all designs (colors, fonts, logo
usage).
2. Designing catalogs, brochures, visiting cards, and packaging mockups if
needed.
3. Providing creative input for new product launches.

D. Collaboration & Workflow:
1. Working closely with the printing team to ensure designs are print-
friendly.
2. Making quick revisions/edits as per client feedback.
3. Managing and organizing design files properly for easy access.
4. Meeting daily/weekly design targets (e.g., number of designs/posts).

E. Skill Development & Quality Check:
1. Keeping up with new design techniques, fonts, and tools.
2. Double-checking every design for spelling errors, alignment, and clarity.
3. Ensuring designs are optimized for both print and digital use.
