Graphic Design - Internship

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Graphic Designer with a strong
passion for visual storytelling to design captivating book covers across
various genres. The ideal candidate has experience turning a manuscript's
theme, tone, and target audience into visually compelling covers that attract
readers and represent the essence of the book.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Align design with book theme, target audience, and author brand through
cross-functional collaboration.
2. Execute visually using genre-appropriate typography, imagery, and color
for aesthetic harmony and readability.
3. Generate concepts and refine selected designs based on feedback.
4. Ensure consistency and high quality across entire book series and author
branding.
5. Maintain expertise in current publishing design trends and best practices.
6. Adapt core designs for all social media and marketing platforms.

What You'll Bring (Requirements)

1. Strong Design Fundamentals: A solid understanding of layout design,
typography, color theory, and visual hierarchy.
2. Portfolio : A strong portfolio is required, clearly demonstrating
experience in book cover design (or closely related visual storytelling work),
with a solid understanding of typography, layout, and composition.
3. Attention to Detail: A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to
producing pixel-perfect work.
4. Tools: Proficiency in the Adobe Creative Suite is a must, specifically
Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Knowledge of additional tools like
CorelDRAW, Lightroom, Figma, or video editing is a valuable plus.
5. Creativity & Innovation: The ability to bring fresh, imaginative ideas to

6. Time Management: Proven ability to manage multiple projects and meet
