Graphic Design - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Conceptual & Creative Development:
1. Understand the book's theme, characters, and mood.
2. Translate written ideas into compelling visual concepts.
3. Create sketches, storyboards, and drafts before final illustrations.

B. Illustration & Design:
1. Produce hand-drawn or digitally created illustrations (non-AI or minimal-
AI, artistically refined work).
2. Ensure consistency in style, tone, and color palette across all visuals.
3. Incorporate feedback to refine illustrations to professional publishing
standards.

C. Collaboration & Coordination:
1. Work closely with the author/editor to align visuals with content flow.
2. Communicate creative ideas proactively - contribute to visual
storytelling.

D. Quality & Aesthetic Standards:
1. Maintain originality and artistic integrity in every illustration.
2. Deliver polished, print-ready illustrations suitable for publication.
3. Avoid 'AI-generated' or 'template-like' looks - ensure every image feels
thoughtful, intentional, and alive.
