Graphic Design - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Presentation Design
Create visually appealing PowerPoint/Google Slides presentations for lessons,
marketing, or internal use.
Apply brand guidelines (colors, fonts, and logo placements consistently).
Design engaging slide layouts for educational content (e.g., math, science, or
course presentations).

B. Canva design & element creation: Use Canva to design:
1. Posters, banners, and thumbnails for web and social media.
2. Infographics, worksheet headers, and visual elements for teacher/student
dashboards.
3. Icons, illustrations, or reusable design components aligned with Me and
Math branding.
4. Manage templates and maintain organized folders in Canva for easy reuse.

C. Brand & aesthetic consistency:
1. Ensure all designs follow Me and Math's visual identity fonts, brand
maroon/pink gradient, and logo usage.
2. Maintain uniformity in tone, spacing, and element alignment across all
assets.

D. Collaboration & feedback:
1. Work closely with the content and marketing teams to understand design
briefs.
2. Incorporate feedback and iterate quickly on designs.
3. Communicate progress and timelines clearly.

E. File management & delivery:
1. Export designs in correct formats (PDF, PNG, MP4, etc.) as per project
needs.
2. Maintain organized folders for each project (e.g., PPTs, posters,
thumbnails).

F. Creative contribution:
1. Suggest new design ideas for worksheets, lessons, banners, or campaigns.
2. Keep track of Canva trends, animations, and templates to improve visual
quality.
