General Management - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Deep-dive into Meepleton's current Zomato performance: menu structure,
pricing, photos, descriptions, customer feedback, ratings, discoverability,
and conversion.
2. Identify why Zomato has not taken off yet and what can realistically
improve it.
3. Study competing caf s and successful Zomato listings to benchmark best
practices.
4. Suggest and execute practical changes to improve order volume, customer
ratings, and repeat orders.
5. Track performance metrics and share clear, insight-driven reports on
what's working and what's not.
6. Work on real business challenges of running a board game caf revenue
growth, customer experience, marketing effectiveness, and operations.
7. Brainstorm, test, and iterate on ideas instead of just creating plans on
paper.
8. Support new initiatives and evaluate their impact with data and customer
feedback.
9. Design simple posters and creatives for caf events, offers, and in-house
promotions.
10. Assist in communicating Meepleton's brand and activities across online
and offline touchpoints.
11. Help translate business ideas into clear, customer-facing communication.
12. Support basic caf operations when required to understand on-ground
realities.
13. Assist during events, promotions, and special activities.
14. Coordinate between operations, marketing, and online platforms for smooth
execution.
15. Maintain structured records of ideas, changes implemented, and outcomes.
16. Share weekly updates with insights, learnings, and next steps.
