Full Stack Development - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Develop and maintain Node.js/Express APIs (RESTful design, JWT auth,
controllers/models/routes).
2. Integrate Python microservices (FastAPI/Uvicorn: bioinformatics,
cheminformatics tools) with the main backend.
3. Design, implement, and optimize MongoDB schemas and queries (via
Mongoose).
4. Handle job orchestration, async task management, and file/result storage
for large computations.
5. Ensure security (JWT authentication, bcrypt, CORS, dotenv management).
6. Deploy entire stack (Node.js backend + Python services + MongoDB) using
Docker and Docker Compose.
7. Manage production deployment on cloud (AWS/GCP/Oracle/Heroku), including
autoscaling/monitoring.
8. Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines and scripts.
9. Proficient with Kubernetes for production-ready orchestration (desired,
not mandatory).
10. Monitor, log, and troubleshoot production issues
