Full Stack Development - Internship

- Build real features with React/Next.js + TypeScript from reusable UI
components to complete screens using Tailwind CSS and shadcn/ui.
- Integrate REST APIs (fetch/axios), manage loading/error states, and wire
data into the UI with Redux Toolkit or Zustand.
- Translate product specs and user feedback into clean, maintainable code
that meets our performance and accessibility goals.
- Write basic tests, handle edge cases, and add thoughtful error boundaries
and empty states.
- Follow our Git/GitHub workflow (branching, commits, PRs, reviews) and keep
PRs small, readable, and well-documented.
- Participate in daily stand-ups and weekly sprint rituals; estimate tasks,
break work into milestones, and ship on time.
- Profile and improve front-end performance (bundle size, rendering, caching)
and ensure responsive behavior across devices.
- Maintain component/story documentation and contribute to our internal
design system as it evolves.
- Work closely with design and product to refine UX details; propose better
micro-interactions and copy when needed.
- Keep security and privacy in mind (inputs, auth flows, minimal data
exposure) given we build for healthcare.
- Own at least one mini-project end-to-end during the internship spec, build,
test, document, and demo to the team.
- Be proactive: ask questions, seek feedback, suggest improvements, and
continuously learn new tools/patterns.

What this role is for: someone who wants to move beyond bookish knowledge,
learn fast, and take product ownership in a real health-tech environment.

Duration: 4 months (extendable) with the intent to convert into a long-term
role if we're a mutual fit.
