Full Stack Development - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Assist in building the employer dashboard for creating and managing
interview campaigns.
2. Develop a candidate-facing interview interface (similar to Google Meet)
with audio, and AI interaction features.
3. Integrate OpenAI APIs (Real-time API, GPT models, TTS, STT) for question
generation, real-time interviewing, and reporting.
4. Work on backend services for campaign management, user authentication, and
interview recordings.
5. Implement scalable database models for employers, candidates, interviews,
and reports.
6. Contribute to AI-powered scoring/report generation system for post-
interview analytics.
