Founder’s Office/Strategy & Research - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Research & Strategic Insight (Core Responsibility)
-Conduct market, competitor, and consumer research in the gaming peripherals space
-Track trends in gaming hardware, creator marketing, pricing, launches, and positioning
-Convert research into clear insights, summaries, and action points for decision-making
-Support founder-level thinking with data-backed direction and opinions

2. Strategy Support & Direction Tracking
-Break down founder priorities into clear weekly and monthly action items
-Track execution across supply chain, sales, brand, and internal systems
-Prepare short briefs, summaries, and decision notes for reviews
-Maintain clarity on what matters now vs what can wait

3. Cross-Functional Coordination
-Follow up with internal teams to ensure timely execution
-Identify gaps, delays, or misalignment early and flag them
-Help ensure strategies are implemented, not just discussed

4. Data, Reporting & Documentation
-Assist in compiling weekly and monthly performance snapshots
-Help organise dashboards and internal documentation
-Ensure that numbers, narratives, and on-ground reality align

5. Founder Support (High-Trust Work)
-Join key meetings when required and capture decisions and next steps
-Help structure presentations, internal communication, and thought flow
-Act as a thinking partner, not a passive note-taker
