Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work with founders on strategy, operations, product, and growth projects
2. Research startups, hiring trends, and user insights
3. Prepare decks, reports, and communication material for stakeholders
4. Coordinate with design, tech, and marketing teams for project delivery
5. Maintain trackers and dashboards on Notion or Google Sheets
6. Support community and event activities including outreach and logistics
7. Analyze metrics and summarize performance insights
8. Contribute ideas for product, talent programs, and partnerships
9. Execute ad-hoc projects with ownership and speed
