Founders Office - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Research and identify target companies that are actively hiring, where our
candidates can be placed quickly and effectively.
2. Reach out to senior decision makers such as CEOs, founders, CTOs, CMOs,
and Directors to pitch our hiring solutions and onboard them as hiring
partners.
3. Qualify company requirements, understand hiring needs, and align suitable
candidates from our talent pool.
4. Assist the founders across core functions, including sales, marketing,
operations, and market research, to drive daily execution.
5. Track outreach, conversations, and outcomes to ensure follow-ups and
measurable progress in partnerships.
