Founders Office - Internship

The Founder's Office Intern works with the management to collect market data,
create insights, and support strategy across functions.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Market Research
1. Understand the task brief, confirm the approach, and get manager approval
before starting.
2. Use platforms like Google, LinkedIn, IndiaMART, and company websites to
find relevant companies, contacts, and data.
3. Conduct cold calls or field visits to gather on-ground information from
business owners, suppliers, or customers.
4. Develop and follow a structured questionnaire and metrics for consistent
data collection.
5. Maintain a clear and organized Excel/Google Sheet database with company
details, contacts, notes, insights, and status.
6. Verify all key information and ensure accuracy in research findings.

2. Competitor & Category Scans
1. Identify both offline and online competitors within the assigned category.
2. Analyze competitors' products, pricing, operations, and marketing
strategies.
3. Summarize actionable insights and key takeaways relevant to the project
objectives.

3. Customer Research
1. Understand customer behavior, preferences, and pain points.
2. Identify what customers buy, why they buy, and how much they typically
spend.
3. Analyze reasons customers prefer competitors and identify potential
improvement areas.

4. Insight & Presentation
1. Convert raw data into clear and actionable insights (what, so-what, now-
what).
2. Recommend practical and time-bound solutions aligned with the project
brief.
3. Prepare clean and concise presentation decks or summary reports.
4. Provide daily updates and ensure timely submission of deliverables.

5. Coordination & Communication
1. Maintain regular communication with the manager regarding progress,
challenges, and next steps.
2. Coordinate with stakeholders as needed, including during late afternoon or
evening hours if required.

Note: After the initial 2 months, the role scope will change based on business
needs and performance. Extension is not automatic; it depends on results and
availability.
