InstaBus is building India's first AI Calling Agent SaaS for Intercity Bus
Travel.
Our AI voice platform automates passenger communication end-to-end booking
confirmations, boarding reminders, customer support, delay updates, feedback
collection, and repeat sales all in a human-like multilingual voice over phone
and WhatsApp.
We operate at the intersection of AI + voice automation + mobility, solving
one of the biggest, most ignored problems in India's 26,000 Cr private
intercity bus industry.
This is a unique opportunity to work closely with the founder and experience
the zero-to-one journey of a deep-tech SaaS startup.

Role: Founder's Office Intern:

This role is ideal for someone who wants maximum exposure to entrepreneurship,
enjoys taking initiative, and is excited by AI, mobility, and startup
creation.
You will work directly with the founder across fundraising, strategy,
partnerships, research, communication, and execution.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities:

A. Fundraising & Investor Outreach
1. Identify and reach out to angel investors, micro-VCs, and syndicates
2. Draft outreach emails and maintain investor pipeline CRM
3. Assist in follow-ups, meeting preparation, and documentation

B. Applications to Incubators & Accelerators
1. Research top programs (India + global)
2. Prepare applications, pitch material, supporting documents
3. Track deadlines and maintain submission calendar
4. Incentives awarded for successful entries

C. Partnerships & Collaborations
1. Reach out to bus operators, travel-tech partners, and AI/telephony vendors
2. Initiate first conversations
3. Support the founder with partnership notes & proposals

D. Strategy, Research & Content
1. Assist with pitch decks, financial models, market research
2. Work on marketing & GTM strategies
3. Contribute to product thinking & competitive analysis

E. Flexible Founder Support
1. Miscellaneous high-impact tasks across strategy, research, and execution
2. Opportunity to brainstorm and co-create founder-level decisions
