Founders Office - Business Development And Operations - Internship

Siddhi Sai International (SSI) is a leading manufacturer and exporter of
visual inspection qualification/defect kits and training solutions for
injectable drug manufacturers. We help global pharma companies ensure the
safety and compliance of their parenteral products with international
standards such as USFDA, MHRA, EU, and TGA. With exports to 50+ manufacturers
across Asia-Pacific and beyond, we are now scaling rapidly- and looking for
someone driven, curious, and globally minded to join us in building the next
phase of our export business.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Global market research & prospecting:
1. Identify pharma manufacturers, distributors, and training partners across
international markets.
2. Build prospect databases using LinkedIn, Apollo.io, and trade directories.
3. Track and analyze buyer patterns and competitor activity.

B. Outbound outreach & client engagement:
1. Run multi-channel outreach campaigns via email, LinkedIn, and calls.
2. Craft and personalize messages to decision-makers in QA, production, and
procurement.
3. Manage responses, follow-ups, and CRM updates systematically.

C. Inbound marketing:
1. Write content and blogs to establish thought leadership
2. Organize and conduct offline and online workshops/webinars
3. Support planning for international expos and customer meetings.

D. Sales enablement & coordination:
1. Prepare quotations and export documentation support.
2. Coordinate internally with our scientists.

E. Growth exposure (Beyond sales):
1. Learn go-to-market (GTM) strategy design and international business setup.
2. Opportunity to represent SSI at global expos and client visits abroad.
3. Gradually lead outreach across countries and manage new team members.
