Finance & Accounting - Internship

Role Overview

We are looking for a Junior Finance & Operations Executive to support day-to-
day finance, expense tracking, and operational activities. This is a hands-on
role ideal for someone who enjoys organizing information, working with
numbers, and supporting smooth business operations.

You will work closely with senior team members and external accountants and
gain exposure to finance operations in a growing technology company.

Key Responsibilities

1. Expense & Record Management
   Collect and organize expense bills, invoices, and receipts
   Help process employee reimbursements and expense claims
   Maintain simple expense trackers (Excel / Google Sheets)
   Keep financial records neatly organized and up to date

2. Accounts & Finance Support
   Assist with basic bookkeeping tasks
   Support monthly accounting activities with external accountants
   Help prepare documents for GST, payroll, and compliance filings
   Assist with bank statement and expense reconciliations

3. Vendor & Payroll Support
   Help track vendor invoices and payment status
   Maintain basic vendor and purchase records
   Support payroll inputs such as reimbursements and attendance data

4. Operations & Administration
   Maintain organized digital files for finance and operations
   Support internal processes like onboarding paperwork and documentation
   Assist the team with operational coordination tasks when required

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or related field
0-3 years of experience in accounts, finance, or administrative roles
Fresh graduates with strong interest in finance and operations are welcome
