Field Sales - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Identify and prospect channel partners - Chartered Accountants/ Property
Consultants/ Wealth Managers through daily market visits (Yes, we strongly
believe that cold calling makes the best sales leaders)
2. Build relationships/alliances with Chartered Accountants, Independent
Mortgage Advisors and small to mid-size Mortgage Advisory Firms to generate
Mortgage Leads
3. Create and maintain a database of CAs and sub-DSAs in the assigned
geography
4. Keep a track of Chartered Accountants of clients serviced by us and
explore incremental business opportunities from them
5. Client Interaction to understand their mortgage requirements clearly and
explain our proposition to them
6. Understand various technicalities and suggest the most appropriate
mortgage to clients
7. Daily reporting on update/progress.
8. Deliver on monthly, quarterly & annual revenue targets
