Field Sales - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Develop and implement strategic mandi business development plans to expand
our customer base and market reach.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking,
meetings, and relationship building.
3. Conduct in-depth market research to identify buyers, transporters, and
potential growth areas.
4. Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to create targeted
campaigns and pitches.
5. Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, including transporters,
buyers, sellers, and traders, to secure partnerships and contracts.
6. Represent the company at mandi events, conferences, and networking
opportunities to showcase our services.
7. Provide regular updates and reports on sales activities, pipeline
development, and market insights.
8. Manage transporters and customers effectively.
9. Solve ground-level problems efficiently.
10. Create strong local networks.
11. Give feedback to leadership.
12. Drive growth in your city like a CEO.
