Field Sales - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Contact landlords, societies, and property owners in assigned zones.
2. Pitch and onboard their properties on RentGrids.
3. Sell premium listing plans.
4. Promote prime assist (success-fee plan for high-touch leasing).
5. Maintain daily logs of outreach, conversions, and follow-ups.
6. Build long-term relationships to ensure recurring listings.
7. Handle inbound leads + outbound prospecting for tenants.
8. Sell tenant subscription plans.
9. Explain accepted visits, credits, and value-added features.
10. Assist tenants in scheduling visits through the platform.
11. Upsell to standard, priority, or hybrid metered plans.
12. Track conversions and ensure high satisfaction.
