Field Sales - Internship
Quenzy
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1.Sales Process Assessment & Strategy: Analyze and understand Quenzy's in-
store sales process to achieve short-term sales targets while supporting long-
term growth objectives. Collaborate closely with the founders to align
strategies with business goals.
2. Customer Insights & Product Enhancement: Engage with customers during in-
store promotions and sampling to identify their preferences and needs. Provide
actionable insights to the founders to improve and expand Quenzy's product
portfolio based on these interactions and feedback.
3. Marketing & Brand Promotion: Plan and execute marketing initiatives
including in-store sampling, roadshows, and kiosk management to increase brand
visibility and drive customer engagement.
4. Supermarket & Partner Onboarding: Assist in onboarding new retail partners
and ensure Quenzy products are effectively displayed, stocked, and promoted in
stores.
