Business Development & Growth - Internship

This is a remote-first Business Development & Growth Intern role, with

potential short-term in-person training during onboarding (location flexible).

After onboarding, the role offers full remote flexibility.

You will work closely with senior leadership to support growth initiatives,

generate pipeline, and help drive measurable business impact. This is a hands-

on role with real ownership, not a passive internship.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Conduct market and account research to identify potential clients

2\. Build targeted lead lists across brands, startups, agencies, and partners

3\. Support lead generation through LinkedIn and email outreach

4\. Initiate professional business conversations and help book meetings

5\. Assist with pre-sales materials, proposals, and growth experiments

6\. Maintain structured CRM / pipeline tracking

7\. Analyze outreach and pipeline data to identify improvement opportunities

8\. Contribute ideas to growth strategy and execution

What We're Looking For:

2\. Comfort with technology, digital tools, and AI-assisted workflows

3\. Confidence in outreach and business conversations

7\. No degree requirement.

Work Arrangement:

1\. Remote-first role

2\. Initial in-person training may be required during onboarding

3\. Full remote flexibility after onboarding

4\. Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) during probation period

Compensation:

1\. 10,000/month during a 3-month probation period

2\. Up to 20,000/month post-confirmation, based on performance

3\. Performance-based commissions for successfully sourced and converted

clients
