Operations & Campaign Assistant - Internship

This is an execution-heavy role. You'll be responsible for making sure things

run smoothly.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

A. Campaign Operations

1\. Manage cold email campaigns using existing tools and SOPs

2\. Monitor inboxes, replies, and campaign health

3\. Update trackers and performance sheets

4\. Pause, adjust, or flag issues when something looks off

B. Data & Systems

1\. Maintain clean spreadsheets and dashboards

2\. Track leads, inboxes, domains, and campaign status

3\. Ensure data accuracy and consistency at all times

C. Inbox & Communication Support

1\. Tag and log incoming replies

2\. Draft simple responses using templates

3\. Keep follow-ups organized and updated

D. Process Execution

1\. Follow SOPs exactly

2\. Complete recurring tasks on time

3\. Spot mistakes, gaps, or inefficiencies and raise them early
