Corporate Sales - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct research-oriented calls: Make outbound calls to individuals or
businesses to collect information for surveys, feedback, and market research
projects.
2. Data collection & documentation: Accurately record all responses,
insights, and observations into spreadsheets, CRM systems, or research
databases.
3. Execute structured questionnaires: Follow predefined scripts or
questionnaires to ensure consistent, unbiased, and clear data collection
during each call.
4. Lead qualification & profiling: Gather, verify, and update key information
such as industry type, business size, decision-maker details, and interest
levels.
5. Market & competitor insight gathering: Collect informal insights on market
trends, customer expectations, and competitor activities during conversations.
6. Reporting & analysis support: Compile daily/weekly summaries and assist in
preparing research reports, charts, or presentations based on collected data.
7. Maintain call quality & compliance: Ensure professionalism, ethical
communication, and adherence to confidentiality and data privacy standards
throughout interactions.
