Acquisition intern to join our dynamic team!

Key Responsibilities:

1\. Assist in sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates for various

positions within the organization.

2\. Utilize MS-Excel to track candidate information and recruitment metrics.

3\. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and develop

recruitment strategies.

4\. Conduct reference checks and background screenings for potential hires.

5\. Support the onboarding process for new employees and ensure a smooth

transition.

6\. Assist in organizing recruitment events and job fairs to attract top

talent.

7\. Maintain a strong focus on diversity and inclusion initiatives within the

talent acquisition process.

6 days working - monday off

11am to 8pm

Offline internship - work from office - Sector 41, Gurugram

Need candidates who can start immediately & commit for a minimum of 6 months
