Key responsibilities:

1\. Assist with screening resumes and scheduling interviews

2\. Update and maintain candidate databases

3\. Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements

4\. Assist with drafting job postings and advertisements

5\. Conduct initial phone screenings with potential candidates

6\. Assist with organizing and attending career fairs and recruitment events

7\. Support the recruitment team with other administrative tasks as needed
