Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
-Catalog Management: Upload products and create optimized listings with persuasive descriptions, accurate pricing, and high-quality imagery.
-Customer Support: Resolve order-related inquiries, track shipments, and oversee the end-to-end returns and exchanges process.
-Reporting & Analysis: Maintain sales trackers and KPIs (Conversion, TAT) using MS Excel to provide data-driven insights.
-Market Intelligence: Monitor competitor pricing, trends, and promotional strategies to maintain a competitive edge.
