We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive 'MIS & Operations Intern'

who will support our sales & operations team in managing data, documentation,

stock, and retailer communication. This role is ideal for someone who likes

working with Excel, enjoys structured work, and wants to build strong

fundamentals in FMCG operations.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:

1\. Maintain daily store-visit data in Excel based on inputs from the sales

team

2\. Consolidate all market data into a single structured master sheet

3\. Digitize invoices and documentation from physical copies to WhatsApp/mail

4\. Create and manage folders for sales documentation and records

5\. Support stock keeping: inward, outward tracking, physical verification,

and

structured storage at office/warehouse

6\. Maintain and share invoices with retailers on WhatsApp daily

7\. Organize and maintain records of bill books, delivery slips, and stock

reports

8\. Assist admin and sales team with daily operational tasks & reporting
