Customer Service/Customer Support - Internship
The Techtonic
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1\. Manage customer queries via CRM tools (email, calls, WhatsApp, social
media, chat).
2\. Create, update, and close tickets within defined TATs.
3\. Maintain accurate customer records and interaction history.
4\. Coordinate with internal teams (logistics, warehouse, finance, tech) for
issue resolution.
5\. Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and closure.
