F&B Production Instructor - Internship
North Bengal Institute Of Hospitality Management
We're looking for a passionate Food & Beverage (F&B) Production Instructor to
lead a 6-month online course. The role includes delivering engaging lessons
for 3 classes per week for the first 3 months, followed by guiding students
through a hands-on training period. If you have expertise in F&B production
and enjoy teaching, this is the perfect opportunity for you!
Key Responsibilities:
A. Classroom Instruction (First 3 months):
1. Lead 3 online classes per week on topics like kitchen operations, food
safety, culinary techniques, and beverage production.
B. Engage students through live sessions, discussions, and Q&A.
1. Training Period (Last 3 months): Mentor students through real-world
projects, offering feedback and guidance.
C. Assessment & Support:
1. Grade assignments, provide feedback, and offer additional support to
students as needed.
2. Ensure students apply their learning in practical projects.
D. Collaboration:
Work with the course team to refine the curriculum and improve the learning
experience.
