Fashion Design & Production - Internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Couture design & execution: Assisting in the creation of Luxury Indian
Couture and fusion wear; developing concepts and silhouettes that blend
traditional craftsmanship with modern design.
2. Production supervision: Managing the production floor daily; supervising
karigars, tailors, and embroiderers to ensure timely execution and high-
quality finishing.
3. Sourcing & procurement: Visiting markets to procure fabrics, trims, and
raw materials; managing vendor relationships and sourcing unique inputs for
bespoke orders.
4. Studio operations & admin: Handling essential administrative tasks
including billing/invoicing, updating stock registers (inventory management),
and coordinating client deliveries and logistics.
5. Digital work: Using Canva to create mood boards, design layouts, and basic
social media assets for the brand.
6. Quality control: Performing strict quality checks on finished garments and
ensuring all details are perfect before client handover.
