Human Resources (HR) - Internship

an HR intern, you will have the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in

recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations. If you are proficient in

MS Office, have excellent written and spoken English skills and are proficient

in MS Word and MS Excel, we want to hear from you!

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1\. Assist with recruitment efforts by posting job openings, screening

resumes, and scheduling interviews.

2\. Coordinate new hire onboarding process, including preparing offer letters

and conducting orientation sessions.

3\. Support the HR team with employee relations activities, such as

performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.

4\. Maintain and update employee records and HR databases to ensure accuracy

and compliance.

5\. Assist with HR projects and initiatives, such as employee engagement

surveys and training programs.

6\. Prepare HR reports and presentations for senior management as needed.

7\. Provide administrative support to the HR department, including organizing

meetings and managing calendars.
