About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented **Compliance Intern** to

support our corporate compliance team. This is a **paid internship** with a

monthly stipend for eligible candidates and is ideal for individuals seeking

hands-on exposure to **company law compliances, statutory filings, and

corporate documentation**.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in preparation of **Board Resolutions, Shareholder Resolutions, and

statutory registers**

Support **MCA filings** (AOC-4, MGT-7, DIR-3 KYC, PAS-3, etc.)

Assist in drafting and maintaining **compliance documentation and records**

Help track statutory due dates and compliance calendars

Coordinate with internal teams and clients for compliance-related requirements

Support incorporation, amendments, and routine company secretarial work

Maintain proper documentation for audits and regulatory reviews

What Were Looking For

Basic understanding of **Company Law / Corporate Compliance**

Strong attention to detail and documentation skills

Good communication and coordination abilities

Bachelors degree (or final-year student) in **Commerce, Law, Business

Administration, or related fields** preferred

Prior exposure to MCA portal or compliance work is an added advantage
