Human Resources (HR) - Internship

As an HR intern at Across The Globe (ATG) company, you will have the

will involve working closely with the HR team to support various projects and

initiatives. Key responsibilities include:

1\. Assisting with recruitment processes, including posting job openings,

screening resumes, and scheduling interviews.

2\. Maintaining employee records and updating HR databases using HRIS.

3\. Assisting with onboarding and orientation processes for new hires.

4\. Providing support with employee relations matters, including performance

management and disciplinary actions.

5\. Assisting with training and development initiatives, including

coordinating training sessions and tracking employee progress.

6\. Assisting with HR analytics and reporting, including preparing reports and

analyzing HR data using MS-Excel.

7\. Providing administrative support to the HR team, including scheduling

meetings, preparing documents, and assisting with special projects.
