As a 'Product Intern,' you will work closely with the 'Product and Strategy
Teams' to support the design, development, and enhancement of financial
products. This internship offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on
experience in product research, market analysis, and customer-centric
innovation in the NBFC sector.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilites include:
1\. Conducting market and competitor research to identify trends, gaps, and
opportunities.
2\. Assisting in benchmarking products and services within the NBFC/MSME
lending space.
3\. Supporting in drafting product notes, process flows, and policy
documentation.
4\. Collaborating with cross-functional teams (Credit, Collections,
Technology, Operations) for product improvements.
5\. Collecting and analyzing customer/field feedback to refine offerings.
6\. Preparing presentations and reports for product reviews and leadership
discussions.
