About the Internship:

Ear Solutions is looking for enthusiastic and driven HR Interns who are eager

to gain hands-on experience in core HR functions. This is a 3-month internship

with a Pre-Placement Job Offer (PPO) based on performance.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist in end-to-end recruitment (sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews)

Support onboarding and employee documentation

Maintain HR records and databases

Assist in day-to-day HR operations and coordination

Support employee engagement and HR initiatives

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate students or recent pass-outs (HR or related fields preferred)

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced environment

Immediate joiners preferred
