Job Summary

The Winter Intern support lead generation, sales outreach, and marketing

execution activities. This role provides hands-on exposure to sales funnels,

digital marketing, AI market research, and customer engagement in a fast-

paced, outcome-driven environment.

Key Responsibilities

Assist in lead generation, prospect research, and CRM updates

Support sales outreach via email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, and calls

Help create and update marketing collateral (presentations, posts, basic

content)

Conduct market and competitor research

Track campaign performance and prepare basic reports

Coordinate with sales and marketing teams on ongoing initiatives

Required Skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Basic understanding of sales funnels and marketing fundamentals

Proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets and PowerPoint / Slides

Ability to conduct structured online research

Time management, attention to detail, and task ownership

Nice-to-Have Skills

Familiarity with LinkedIn outreach, email marketing, or CRM tools

Basic knowledge of digital marketing (SEO, content, social media)

Experience in college clubs, internships, or projects related to sales or

marketing

Interest in startups, consulting, or technology-driven businesses

Eligibility

Currently pursuing an undergraduate or postgraduate degree (any discipline)
