Role Overview

Were hiring an SDR Intern to support our US market expansion. You will help

generate qualified leads through cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, and email

campaigns. This is an in-person role where youll learn modern outbound,

collaborate closely with Sales and Customer Success, and contribute to

building our enterprise pipeline across the AEC sector and beyond.

Location & Work Setup

On-site: HSR Layout, Bangalore

Schedule: 5 days/week at office

Work hours: Extended hours may be required to align with US time zones

Potential to convert to PPO

Key Responsibilities

Cold calling and outreach: Execute high-volume outbound to US prospects;

introduce ContraVault AI and spark interest.

Email and LinkedIn prospecting: Use LinkedIn Sales Navigator and outbound

email to identify, contact, and nurture leads.

Lead research: Build prospect lists across AEC (Architecture, Engineering,

Construction), manufacturing, and government contracting.

Meeting setting: Book intro calls with CXO/VP stakeholders; support senior

SDRs/AEs on follow-ups.

Market intelligence: Track trends, competitors, and prospect feedback; share

insights to improve campaigns.

Collaboration and reporting: Maintain CRM hygiene; document activities and

conversions; coordinate with Marketing on sequences.

What Youll Learn (and Use)

Tools: CRM (Salesforce/HubSpot), LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation.

Skills: Discovery, objection handling, sequencing, and pipeline hygiene.

Domain: Tendering, procurement, and contract workflows.

Requirements

Strong communication, active listening, and presentation skills.

Comfort with cold calling and high-volume messaging.

Self-motivated, goal-driven, and resilient in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-have: Exposure to engaging senior executives (VP/CXO), or familiarity

with RFPs/procurement.
